Kar pomeni, da so so-avtorji nekega FOSS projekta (i.e. Netfilter znotraj Linux jedra) uspeli enega od so-avtorjev brzdati, da ne tožari več povprek za dobiček. V prihodnje bo Netfilter Core Team skupaj odločal z glasovanjem, če in kako bo tožil kršitelje licence.
