I'm not sure if anybody has answered you yet, but there has
been quite a discussion about your question on the Lugos LDP list.
Here is a kind of summary and some additional info:
- there is unfortunately no GPL / open sources dictionary of Slovene
- the ASP program you have looks like a (pirate?) copy of the
commercial dictionary of Slovene; there are rumours about this
being ported to Unix, also of a WWW version, but none of this
has happened or is accessible yet. However, people report that they
have used this program OK under Wine
- you can get a kind of English-Slovene dictionary at
http://home.amis.net/ipavec/
- if an wordlist of Slovene is any help, you can get it at
ftp://ftp.e5.ijs.si/pub/ispell/mte.lex.gz
An on-line spelling checker using a similar lexicon si at
http://nl.ijs.si/cgi-bin/truform.pl
- finally, you have a WWW version of the book 'Slovene for Travelers' at
http://www.ff.uni-lj.si/sft/
