hola lista, el tema es asi:
tengo una pc con linux (slackware) conectada a intrnet por dial-up y una
eth0 que se conecta con un win98 y quiero poder tener acceso a internet
desde el win98 utilizando linux como servidor,,
linux 100.100.100.1
winodws 100.100.100.2
como puerta de enlace en windows puse 100.100.100.1
y como dns en windows puse los de /etc/resolv.conf del linuc
tambien active el forward con hecho 1 ......................
pero no me funciona,,
alguien tiene alguna idea??

Opino exactamente lo mismo, ... es una tontería lo que se discute.
Si queres backup por ejemplo de Kmail entonces te "backupeas" el directorio
.kde/share/apps/kmail y listo.
