I found out that not all required patches for ldiskfs are applied.
I will try to do this tomorrow more carefully.

I understand that 1.5.95 is not ready for 2.6.18 without the additional 
patches provided from this list. 
But it would realy be nice if 2.6.18 will be fully supported in the near 
future. 

Now I hope that I can do the final step to get lustre 1.5.95 running.
