Dear all,

if problem is changes in humidity and/or temperature when the instrument
gets out from the case, why not letting the instrument all the time out
from the case?
My two lutes "live" outside their cases, permanently. I must say that
humidity here in Barcelona is nearly always quite high (around 60-80%).
This is not Madrid or New Mexico...

Regards,
Manolo Laguillo
Barcelona

I have heard that Jordi Savall has his viole da gamba, including the
Barak Norman one (London 1697), always hanging on the wall.
