Dear David, I would add that Kapsberger's Toccata Arpeggiata appears in Nigel North's _Continuo Playing on the Lute, Archlute and Theorbo_ (London: Faber Music Ltd, 1987), page 167, preceded by a discussion of how to play the piece.
