Dear Manolo, I have asked Matthew Spring, who is editing the Balcarres MS. He says that he is expecting proofs any time now. The last work he did was on the list of concordances, which is apparently considerable.
This facsimile edition has been on the go for many years. There have been all kinds of problems, but my impression is, that, when we have all given up hope, it will suddenly appear on sale. The good news is that the edition has not been abandoned. In being patient, we need to remember the huge amount of work involved in preparing editions of this kind, often with little or no financial reward for those who do it.
