It was yesterday, as part of the Music Before 1800 series.

Extremely well done, on a relatively new 13c baroque lute.  From his
comments, it was his first foray into baroque (public) performance.  I was
in the 5th row or so, and from my vantage point, it appeared that he was
playing thumb under most of the time.  I guess he can shift REALLY fast, to
get to the 13th course bass notes...
