    I feel for you.  I recently played Handel's
"Ariodante" on theorbo.  Three hours of music with two
shows a day!  I came out very stiff physically, but
playing that much continuo at a time really gives you
the chance to limber up musically.  I'd imagine that
Monteverdi could be even more fun.
