Indeed, but that was already mentioned. Even though the text is an assembly of brief articles, it's truly amazing to see such a substantial tome without any proper citations anywhere. That would constitute a semi-major crime by today's writing standards. The edition to which Greg referred on Amazon is so called "library binding" of xerographic copies of the last Schott edition.
