It depends of course what you call easy. If you are an experienced luteplayer 
without any difficulties of reading tablature, starting on theorbo you can 
have a look at libro IV by Kapsberger. There are several small pieces which 
aren't very difficult. The Pesaro manuscript also contains many easy pieces 
(AMIS edition). Castaldi is often difficult but also contains some easy 
pieces.
