Hello all
My name is Peter Hoar. I am making a radio documentary for New Zealand's
Concert FM radio network (http://www.radionz.co.nz/cfm/home) about German
Baroque lute music. This will go to air in November. This is a 'Composer of
the Week' slot. There will be a 1 hour talk on a Sunday and then music by
the featured composer(s) is played each weekday between 9 and 10am.
I have no shortage of material for the talk. I also have plenty of music
for the 5 hours programming.
But I wondered if any lute players would like to contribute MP3s or such of
themselves to be programmed during those hours? Preferably performing music
by lesser known composers - I have plenty of Weiss and Bach. The main focus
will be on Weiss to some degree but I want to get as many different
composers and performers heard as I can.
This list where I lurk seemed the obvious place to begin with such a
request. I would have to pass any material past my producer but he is a
very musical and reasonable fellow.
I don't know if anyone is interested in this but if it appeals then it might
be better to contact me off list at either of these addresses:

Thanks to all for an interesting list.

Regards

Peter Hoar
