while i work out arto's wonderful xmas present on my
charango, i though you might like to try this for some
absolutely delicious holiday nosh:

walnuts - whole or half - tossed lightly in olive oil
with a sprinkling of salt, pepper and - wait for it! -
cinnamon! (secret ingredient ... ) toasted in medium
oven, shaken every so often and watched closely so
they don't burn.
