The Bibliuoteca centrale is a major research library and
surely can provide microfilms, probably from an existing
microfilm.

The publisher of the facsimile and guitar edition
appears to be the Centro culturale Fernando Sor in Rome.
They have a web page, and sponsor a guitar competition.
Giuliano Balestra is president. So I'd write to him c/o
the Centro.

When you are looking for facsimile editions, be sure to
check the on-line lists at OMI (Old Music and
Incunabula). They specialize in music and art
facsimiles and are very knowledgable.
