Ask your dentist.  They have abrasive string for
removing tooth enamel, for example, between the teeth. A 
kind of abrasive dental floss.
It comes in various grades of sharpness.  Some seem to
be coated with stone fragments like sandpaper, others
(still sharper) with chips of metal.
