Sean, I use Ghostview, available here; http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/ You'll need to install a Postscript printer driver so you can create the initial .PS file from Fronimo. Gsview then exports the .PS file into a .PDF. I have used it mostly with Finale which also has its own fonts, but no has ever reported a problem reading the resulting PDF file.
