At the risk of being called politically incorrect, I would note the observation and say "OK, nothing wrong here". There seems to be this assumption that we -should- have more women, though, for the life of me I am not sure why (aside from the obvious nooky issue). After all, it is not as if anyone, man or woman, African or Asian, can't pick-up said instrument and go for it. Yet they don't. I don't believe that anything is wrong, or that anything needs fixing.
