of course you are right , I wasn't trying to start a debate on authenticity... I too play with pyramid strings, although have the majority of my strings in Gut, and fully realize that Theorbo and guitar were not played in Duo, I just thought that tapping on the guitar neck was a bit much...that's all.A Even the strumming is probably far from the kind of strumming that would have been done then...
