The more so if you keep in mind what the Spanish organ tablature that Cabezon made use of is like. It is a tonal script with the pitches from F to F represented by the numbers 1 to 7 (octaves and accidentals have their additional signs). Each voice has its respective line with rhythmical signs above it. That's all. Cabezon's headline isn't mere advertizing. Once you can read the tab, there's no more need to make arrangements.
