Thanks Mathias. I should have mentioned that it is Part Two. That is
something that one needs to watch in these Sibley postings. This is the
second time I've encountered the
second part of a book or score, when it was the first part that interested
me. But "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth," as we say over here.
