Sorry, but unless I'm missing some hidden joke: your math is wrong. In every 
(western) tuning system
octaves are pure (i.e. have a frequency ration od 1:2). Unisons by definition 
cannot be anything but pure.
In what tuning system would a C not be a equal to a C?
