I showed how to do it in the LVS performance paper I wrote 
and I expect it's in the nfs section of the HOWTO. It's just

mount -t nfs VIP:/directory /mount_point

I don't expect so, although I haven't heard back from anyone 
trying nfs/tcp.

on failover make sure the clients can handle the stale file 
handles.
