The following instruction was in the general definition of the ssl
portion:
BrowserMatch ".*MSIE.*" \
nokeepalive ssl-unclean-shutdown \
downgrade-1.0 force-response-1.0
and no keepalive instruction elsewhere in the Apache config.
I agree with your view that this is an IE problem, but I still need to
get this to work!
Please keep the ideas coming.
