The 0.7.1 is really old, it matches lwIP 0.7.1 which is also really old.
You should really use the CVS checkout of contrib against lwIP 1.x.y.
I cannot guarantee that every port is up to date with lwIP 1.x.y, but it
is most up-to-date.
