In theory yes. In practise a router is a very specialised application that usually requires pretty high performance. A general purpose stack with an emphasis on low memory usage like lwIP won't necessarily be the best choice. It might provide a good starting point though, and could be specialised to the task once you'd got something working. > Does lwIP provide congestion policy?
