It seems that only possible ERR_CONN cause is you call tcp_write with a connection in a invalid state. Can you tell us what is the "tcpweb->state" value when you call tcp_write ?

Once the connection is established the tcp_write data frome the callbacks are sent well . But the tcp_write from the main loop that you can see in the source always return the ERR_CON . I read 2 or 3 times the rawapi.txt .
