lpcware.com has an lwip setup.  Disclaimer: I have not used this (I
wrote one for the 1788 before this was available, and it belongs to my
employer).

Get lpcopen_v1.03.zip (you might need to create a login).  See the
software/lwip/lpclwip/arch for the LPC files you need.

LPC has a good reputation for support software, so this should get you
real close.
