Sorry but I did nowhere and never blamed somebody for bugs, I just
asked a question regarding USAGE of lwIP - or isn't this allowed here
in this maling list?
Dear Karpfen, I'm not a all annoyed when being blamed for bugs. They do
happen and it's great when people discover them so they can be fixed!
That being said, to me, your emails imply that you think there must be
something wrong with the sntp code as it isn't working (e.g. in the
example, the port is *NOT* changed in its endianess). I did not want to
accuse you of being dumb or something. All I wanted to say is the sntp
example is working fine (except for the outdated default IP for
"pool.ntp.org" maybe), and that you're better off checking your code or
the port or your network. Again: have you checked with wireshark that
request and response are sent over the cable attached to your device?
