Hello again! A few days ago I had my project running for almost 3 days straight and there were no noticeable problems with network connections - it worked OK for the whole period. For now I'm assuming that when using driver from STM32F4 package and new lwIP there's no problem of degrading performance. If anything changes that assumption in the future, I'll write again. I have a very limited data set, because I only experienced this problem once, but this was 3 years ago, with different chip, different PHY, different RTOS and different project...
