Yup, "server" mode is supported for quite a while for PPPoS, I don't 
really like the listen API though, the only difference in PPP about 
being a client or server is to send the first LCP frame or to wait for 
the first LCP frame, that should be all. What I did today to allow 
custom user configuration should fix that up in a couple of days.

PPPoE server mode only needs a couple of hours of love to reach a 
working condition, and PPPoL2TP currently lacks LNS support at all :-)
