Well, the default 'tree' in the gitweb URL I wrote is always master, so
that's why you would have looked at the master branch.

However, my bad, I though I remembered you could download a snapshot of
the master branch there, but I failed to find it now...

Anyway, even the 2.1.2 release contains the 'priv' folder. And if you
don't want to 'git clone' the master branch, you can also download
'contrib-2.1.0.zip' from the savannah download section. You'll find the
Linux and Windows 'arch' ports there.

If you clone our git repo, master is default. Also, in the gitweb view,
selecting 'tree' will bring you to the master branch by default:

https://git.savannah.nongnu.org/cgit/lwip.git/tree/
