Looking at https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/lxc, it seems 2.0.0 was
pulled into experimental as of 3/25/2016. As for getting into
sid/testing, that is up to the maintainer. That site will have the
latest updates as far as LXC on Debian goes. Seeing how Debian 9
(Stretch)'s transition freeze is in November, and soft freeze in
January of 2017, I'm guessing we should see LXC 2.0 in time for Stretch.

When will the next release of lxc come into debian? Hopefully it will
be before the end of this release cycle.
