Yes, and with debian it works with the cgroupfs-mount package.
Do you need cgmanager as well? Is the functionality of
cgroupfs-mount included in cgmanager? Are they compatible
to systemd?
I think there is a lot of confusion about cgmanager, cgroupfs-
mount, cgroup-tools, libpam-cgroup and systemd's cgroup support/
requirements, not to mention cgroup vs cgroup2.
