You'll need to add a new `source` plugin to the distrobuilder codebase
at https://github.com/lxc/distrobuilder, once that's done, you should
be able to take the standard centos/oracle YAML from
https://github.com/lxc/lxc-ci and use it with the source changed
accordingly.
