The LXDE Live CD/USB on the download page at http://lxde.org/download creates a
certain number of bug reports and support activity (it doesn't run on this, it
doesn't run on that).

It served its purpose well earlier to provoke interest in LXDE. However it
does take a certain amount of energy to maintain. It also gives the impression
that LXDE is a distro and we get questions about things like audio not working
that, in a regular distro, would have been directed to the distro where they
can be better handled by their experts.

Now that we have several brand name distros shipping LXDE, it might be best to
withdraw these and refer people to the appropriate LXDE specific distro
download pages.

I call everyone's attention one more time to http://spins.fedoraproject.org/
where you can see that LXDE is right up there. It appears we are taking
significant market share from, in particular, Xfce, and I continue to be
surprised at how close behind KDE we are.
