FYI: simpleLinux - http://www.simplelinux.tk/ - is a Slackware-based distro.
I suggested LXDE to the developer of simpleLinux, and just learnt that it's
been implemented.
So, I added this to the wiki: http://wiki.lxde.org/en/SimpleLinux
*simpleLinux* is a Malaysian Slackware
<http://wiki.lxde.org/en/Slackware>-based
distro. The developer reports that
LXDE<http://wiki.lxde.org/en/index.php?title=LXDE&action=edit&redlink=1>is
working well, as is running just with
Openbox <http://wiki.lxde.org/en/Openbox>.
To boot with LXDE,
download<http://www.simplelinux.tk/2010/05/download-simplelinux-distro.html>the
EXT version and edit (the boot file?):
APPEND initrd=/boot/initrd.gz ramdisk_size=6666 root=/dev/ram0 rw
autoexec=lxde;telinit~4 changes=/slax/
