This is undecided at the moment. Pootle claim to handle the ts files but after a short glance at docs it looks less than appealing on how to handle it. I will take a closer look on Pootle and probably give Weblate and Transifex another go (given the history I rather use Weblate than Tx just because). Undecided for now.
