LXQt translations are done not with gettext so no PO files for them.
There should be some *.ts files instead and pull requests are usually a
way to do those updates. What I wrote was about LXDE translations, sorry
for a misunderstanding. And all LXDE components, as I wrote before, are
at http://git.lxde.org GIT server, not at github.
