sorry for bothering the mailing list! I figured it out myself in
weblate. I just needed to go to the individual component to be able to
add another language to it. Sorry!

Hi!
I would like to translate LXQt to Norwegian Bokmål and has made a
profile on weblate.lxqt.org, but Norwegian Bokmål (nb_NO) is not listed
as a language there. Can I add the language myself or does someone have
to add it for me?
