Recently (the past couple months – not sure when exactly) lynx has been crashing on me run on Windows Server 2003.  Here is the command line I am using:

Lynx –dump –lss=.\lynx.lss http://whatismyip.org

The lynx.lss file is an empty file.  Here are the dialog boxes that are displayed (3 of them):

1st dialog:

---------------------------

lynx.exe - Application Error

---------------------------

The exception Integer division by zero.

(0xc0000094) occurred in the application at location 0x00451c24.

Click on OK to terminate the program

Click on CANCEL to debug the program

---------------------------

OK   Cancel

---------------------------

2nd dialog:

---------------------------

lynx.exe - Application Error

---------------------------

The exception Integer division by zero.

(0xc0000094) occurred in the application at location 0x00451c24.

Click on OK to terminate the program

Click on CANCEL to debug the program

---------------------------

OK   Cancel

---------------------------

3rd dialog:

---------------------------

lynx.exe - Application Error

---------------------------

The exception unknown software exception (0xc0000027) occurred in the application at location 0x77e6b8b1.

Click on OK to terminate the program

Click on CANCEL to debug the program

---------------------------

OK   Cancel

---------------------------

Have you seen this before?  It doesn’t happen all the time, but it does happen regularly.

Thanks,

David
