I'm using a power Mac G4 400mhz with OS 9.2.2 system. I have not been un-successful in using Internet Explorer, Netscape to view many web sites because I am unable to upgrade to Mac OS 10.2 wioll your browser allow me to upgrade or download the Mac OS 10.2 and still keep my existing software programs?
