well something with HTTPC.c is wrong (nb undeclared) if I remove that
part of patch the order of included directories is unchanged - build
fails again for NLS case.
I don't see "nb" as a symbol in lynx, so it's probably coming from
a header file. Again, inspecting the HTTCP.i file would show the
problem.
