The derived settings are transformed into a page that lynx displays.
That can be used to compare configurations. That's the special page
LYNXCOMPILEOPTS:/
But the actual configure command isn't part of that (given that environment
variables can also affect the configure/compile, it didn't seem worth doing
to show the configure options).
