I checked with an older version, and it still hangs. Lynx is hanging not in the DNS lookup (which is what nsl-fork is good for), but in connecting to the site. There was some discussion of this aspect a while back - I don't recall that anyone proposed to fix for interrupting this, aside from noting that it times out after a while. -- Thomas E.
