Hello, I have had a similar problem with various oprating systems and versions of lynx over several years. I posted this here before and one person thought they were using a patch which would fix the problem. That was a couple of versions ago.
It happens most often when attempting to goto an url the first time of a day or after rebooting. It can happen less frequently at random. Lynx will completely bomb and I get the below error message: A Fatal error has occurred in Lynx Ver. 2.8.8rel.2 Please notify your system administrator to confirm a bug, and if confirmed, to notify the lynx-dev list. Bug reports should have concise descriptions of the command and/or URL which causes the problem, the operating system name with version number, the TCPIP implementation, and any other relevant information. Do NOT mail the core file if one was generated. Lynx now exiting with signal: 11 === Command terminated with signal 6 (Mon Nov 20 07:47:17 2017) === Does this happen with others and what is the fix? Thanks. -- XB _______________________________________________ Lynx-dev mailing list [email protected] https://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/lynx-dev
