Speaking personally, I do not feel it is Lynx, although I am not using
your specific system.
Instead, if you are using the specific link you provided in your second
e-mail I am feeling other things may be the issue.
is your cookie being recognized, all of the ssl keys accepted?
what error is your support team getting when you try?
what are the specifics of the redirect, in terms of what is missing from
when you are successful in links?
challenging for us to duplicate the issue, we have no account with this
company.
Links and lynx are different programs though, but it does not necessarily
follow that success with one means a failure with the other lies entirely
with the browser itself.

Oh in this case the answer is much easier.
The link you provide below is far from correct, missing the word dashboard
for example.
Even still I did reach a page to try and log in.
Suggestion?
Contact support for this company and ask them to e-mail you the most direct
link to their log in page.
Then use option a to save a bookmark as a link, assuming you have not done
this.
Your link does work though, it just takes a while because the door to your
log in page has changed.

When I try to log-in with lynx I end up in an infinite http redirect loop. I
can log in with links/libressl (the browser) though. Then I presume something
is wrong with lynx/gnutls. Or are you suggesting something else? I am afraid,
I may not have understood what exactly you meant.
