I want lynx to render œ as oe. I thought that as long
as the value assigned to œ in entities.h:
{"oelig", 339}, /* latin small ligature oe, U+0153 ISOlat2 */
pointed to oe in def7_uni.tbl :
U+0153:oe
this would happen. But lynx unrenders it instead.
What have I done wrong? I've made many successful
customizations to these 2 files, so I should know how to do it.
