Well Russ-and-All, there are 2 other alternative solutions which work for myself. #1 I would grab the latest version of Trizen's program, youtube-viewer which you can run from a commandline with a user or keyword. You receive a numbered list of results to download directly. #2 Setup youtube-viewer as an external in Lynx, so you can highlight an url and save to a shell or download directly. And obviously youtube-dl will grab exact urls.
