Yes to both.

That being said, for this to work you need to be presented the
CAPTCHA in the JavaScript browser first, solve it there, and
then you have the “bypass” cookie, which you can “transplant”
to lynx.

With FFN and Cloudflare the problem is that Javascript browser
users are *not* shown the CAPTCHA in the first place (they
basically block all “not mainstream” browsers).
