Well, just like back in July, this whole ssl thing has bit me again. After reading Jude-and-Tomas replies, I ran their options, but then I noticed when running
which lynx
on consoles which were run after a "rehash" says /usr/local/bin/lynx. Meanwhile other consoles here in TCSH Debian Sid say /usr/bin/lynx So when running lynx from a command-prompt, I not only receive an ssl error, but my externals are not working. However, as alpine calls lynx from /usr/bin/lynx should I just run
sudo cp /usr/local/bin/lynx /usr/bin/lynx
As an opinion, I would think an install should respect if ssl was already working. Thanks so much in advance
